FCL Strengthening Shampoo For Dry And Damaged Hair strengthens the hair and improves moisture retention. Ceramide 3, a key ingredient in the shampoo penetrates the hair shaft and binds to the hair fibers. Also, helping to reinforce the hair structure and prevent breakage.
